Terms of Service

These terms apply to workbot.work, the Workbot Telegram bot and the Workbot sheet connector (together, "Workbot"). By using Workbot, you agree to them. "Workbot", "we" and "us" mean ELRITO Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Questions: info@elritoholdings.com.

What Workbot is

Workbot runs small agents for businesses. The first, Job Tracker, reads the job sheet you connect and messages you on Telegram about jobs that have waited past the limits you set. Workbot's messages are reminders based only on what's in your sheet. They aren't accounting, legal, tax or other professional advice.

The free trial

7-day free trial. No card needed, so there's nothing to charge. The 7 days start when your sheet first connects. One trial per business, up to 200 jobs. When it ends, your agent pauses. Paid plans aren't open yet. We delete your trial data 30 days after it pauses.

We may pause new trials at any time, and we may refuse or end a trial that breaks these terms or tries to get around the one-trial-per-business limit. You can stop your trial at any time with /cancel, and delete your data at any time with /delete.

Paid plans

Paid plans aren't open yet, and nothing on workbot.work or in the Workbot bot can charge you. Before paid plans open, we'll add their terms here, including the price, how often you're billed, that the plan renews automatically until you cancel, and how to cancel online, and we'll ask for your clear agreement before any charge.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for having the right to share the job details you put in your sheet. We use them only to run Workbot for you.

Keep customer details in your sheet to what Workbot needs (a first name or business name, the job, the stage, dates and amounts). Don't add phone numbers, addresses, card details, health information or private notes. Workbot never contacts your customers; anything you send to them is up to you.

Keep your sheet code private. Anyone who has it can send job data to your Workbot. /newtoken replaces it.

You may not use Workbot to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, or interfere with or probe the service without permission.

Telegram and Google

Workbot works through Telegram and Google Sheets, which are run by other companies under their own terms. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Messages Workbot sends stay in your Telegram chat until you delete them.

Availability

We try to send each morning summary on time, but we don't promise that Workbot will always be available, on time or error-free. It depends on your sheet syncing, on Google and Telegram, and on our hosting.

Our content

Workbot's software, text, design and logos belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Workbot connector script only to connect your own sheets to Workbot.

No warranties

We provide Workbot "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Workbot. Our total liability for any claim about Workbot is limited to US $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending

You can stop using Workbot at any time; /delete removes your data. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we stop offering Workbot. If we stop offering it, we'll delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Workbot after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to a court of competent jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.
