Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
This policy explains what information Workbot collects, why, how long we keep it and the choices you have. "Workbot", "we" and "us" mean ELRITO Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which runs workbot.work, the Workbot Telegram bot and the Workbot sheet connector. Questions: info@elritoholdings.com.
The short version
- If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address so we can tell you when Workbot opens.
- If you use the Job Tracker trial, the Workbot connector in your Google Sheet sends us your Jobs tab and Settings so Workbot can message you on Telegram. We keep only the latest copy, and we delete it 30 days after your trial pauses, or right away if you send /delete.
- Your daily messages include customer and job names from your sheet, so they're stored in your Telegram chat.
- We use your information only to run Workbot. We don't sell personal information, we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we don't use your sheet data to train AI models.
Information we collect
Waitlist. If you join the waitlist, we keep the email address you enter, which page or plan you signed up for, and the time.
The Workbot Telegram bot. When you start the bot, we receive your Telegram chat ID and account ID, the commands you send (such as /status or /delete) and the buttons you tap. If you started the bot from a link with a source tag (for example, from one of our guides), we record that tag.
Your job sheet (Job Tracker). When you click Connect in the Workbot connector, it sends your Jobs tab (the 8 TRACK columns, including customer names, job names and amounts), your Settings, the sheet's time zone and its ID to Workbot's server (api.workbot.work) every 2 hours and at 6 AM. It reads nothing else in your Google account. We keep only the latest copy, which replaces the one before. We also keep a short log of which jobs Workbot flagged as stuck (the job's ID or row, the rule, the amount and when it was first flagged), so we can tell you how many jobs it flagged during your trial.
Your sheet code. The code that links your sheet to your account is stored only as a scrambled (hashed) value, so we can't read it back.
Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, receives your IP address, browser or app details and the address requested, so it can deliver the service and protect it from abuse. Our own logs record status codes and counts only. They don't record the data your sheet sends or the text of your messages.
Messages you send us. If you email us, we get your email address and whatever you include, and we use it to reply.
Your customers' information
Your sheet may include your customers' names and the amounts for their jobs. We handle that information on your behalf, only to run Workbot for you, as your service provider. Workbot never contacts your customers. Please keep customer details in the sheet to a first name or business name, and don't add phone numbers, addresses, card details or private notes; Workbot doesn't need them. If you're a customer of a business that uses Workbot, contact that business about your information, and we'll help them answer your request.
How we use information
We use information to run Workbot: to send your morning summary and trial messages, to answer your commands, to keep it to one free trial per business, to keep the service secure, and to count sign-ups and trials in totals that don't identify anyone. We use waitlist emails only to tell you when Workbot trials or paid plans open. If you tap "Yes, once" when the bot asks, we'll send you one Telegram message when paid plans open, and nothing else about it.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run Workbot, and only for that purpose:
- Cloudflare (hosting and storage). Workbot runs on Cloudflare, and your data is stored there.
- Telegram (message delivery). Your daily messages include customer and job names from your sheet, so they're stored in your Telegram chat.
- Google. Your sheet and the Workbot connector run in your own Google account, under Google's terms. We receive only what the connector sends.
- Netlify (website hosting) and Formspree (waitlist form processing), until we finish moving the website to Cloudflare.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. We don't sell personal information.
How long we keep it
- Your sheet data, the flagged-job log, your trial status and the link between your Telegram chat and your sheet code: until 30 days after your trial pauses (when it ends or when you send /cancel), then deleted. /delete deletes them right away.
- The "paid plans are open" list: if you tapped "Yes, once", we keep your Telegram chat ID and that choice, and nothing else, in a separate list. We delete it after we send that one message, 12 months after you opted in, or when you send /delete or tap "No thanks", whichever comes first.
- One-trial-per-business markers: To keep it to one free trial per business, we keep a scrambled (keyed-hash) version of your Telegram account ID and sheet ID for up to 24 months after your trial data is deleted. We can't use it to see your data, and we use it for nothing else.
- Totals: daily counts of sign-ups, trials and deletions by source, with no IDs. We keep these indefinitely.
- Logs: status codes and counts, kept by Cloudflare for up to 7 days.
- Waitlist emails: until we've told you Workbot is open, or until you ask us to remove yours.
- Emails you send us: for as long as we need them for the conversation.
- Your Telegram chat: messages already in your chat stay in Telegram until you delete the chat.
In every case we may keep information longer if the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
Stop and delete: in Telegram, /cancel stops your trial, and /delete (then /delete yes) deletes your Workbot data right away. To remove the connector from your sheet, delete the Workbot script in Extensions → Apps Script, or use Workbot → Disconnect.
Waitlist: email info@elritoholdings.com to be removed.
Access, correct or delete: email info@elritoholdings.com. We'll verify your request and respond within the time the law allows.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you can ask to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, and to have it deleted or corrected. You can also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, but we don't sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of sale or sharing. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. An authorized agent can make a request for you if we can verify their authority.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards: each customer's data is kept separately, sheet codes are stored only as hashes, and connections use HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
Workbot is a business service. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll make that clear on this page before it takes effect.
